ZW-Boda S-valve series high-pressure pumps, Z-gate-valve series medium-pressure pumps and D-butterfly-valve series low-pressure pumps are commonly used concrete transport equipment. 1. Main oil pump and auxiliary oil pump are constant-power and constant-pressure pumps imported from Rexroth Corp. Germany with original packaging, which are characterized by excellent and reliable performance.
2. All control valves are also imported from Rexroth Corp. Germany with original packaging, which are known for their good performance, small size and easy maintenance.
3. Open-loop air cooling is applied to hydraulic system, which ensures reliable running of the system.
4. Main control elements of electric appliances are all imported from Germany with original packaging. They are controlled by PLC, reliable and easy to maintain.
5. The popular S-valve, wear resistant alloy plates and rings are durable and offer a long service life.
6. High and low pressure can be commutated at the outlet to realize different pumping distance.
7. Reverse pumping function is helpful in cleaning the blocked pipe.
8. The mixing unit is specially designed and can mix concrete in different compounding ratios uniformly.
9. Automatic lubrication effectively reduces labor intensity. Weichai Deutz diesel engine delivers big power, high rotational speed and offers powerful driving force for the concrete pump.
10. The motor has a soft start module. Startup in such mode exerts a small impact on the power network of the work site, and thus effectively ensures normal running of big-power motor pump.
